Every RugBuddy™ is thoroughly tested before shipping and is guaranteed to be in good working order. This is an electrical heating appliance and must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s User Operating Guide.

• Do not allow infants or people who are immobile or insensitive to heat to lie on the heated rug for prolonged periods. Never use RugBuddy™ if folded or rolled up.
• Do not insert any sharp object into the heated rug.
• Do not cover the excessively with thick rugs, mattresses or other insulating materials (e.g. thick duvets, bean bags etc) as this traps the heat and raises the temperature under the rug.
• Do not switch on the RugBuddy™ if it has been damaged.
• Turn the power off and remove the plug when (steam) cleaning your rug.
• Never use the RugBuddy™ to dry out your rug.
• Use only if connected through an earth leakage circuit breaker (Max 30 mA).
• In case of damage or in the unlikely event of a heater failure, your earth leakage system will trip. In such case, switch off, unplug the heater and contact the helpline on 0860 554 629
