Klimax Mfg. Ltd is a business in the floor heating industry that manufactures and sells amongst others the range of Coldbuster products.

Delivery policy:

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of  emailed tracking number (e.g. order number). When you requests the goods to be delivered, you will be charged for courier or postal services.
Products in transit will be insured by the seller.

Export restriction:

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Return and Refunds policy:

The supply of products by Klimax Mfg. Ltd. is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Klimax Mfg. Ltd. will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a  5 % administration fee if the package has not yet been sent.

Standard product warranties will apply as per manufacturer's warranty policies. Additional product insurance for transport will be available on request.

You can cancel an order within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unused items within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you.  Items must be returned in their original packaging.  You are responsible for the courier fees and insurance of the goods.

After the goods have been inspected, we will refund you for the goods minus a 10% restocking and handling fee.

Damage during installation

When the heating system is damaged during installation, please contact 0860 554 629.  We can make arrangements to have the unit(s) repaired.  The cost of repair depends on the distance from our nearest service outlet, the extend of the damage etc.

Faulty goods

Please phone 0860 554 629 (local call charge) explaining the problem with the product.  We may send out one of our engineers to attend to the problem or we may repair or replace the goods free of charge.

You changed your mind and don't want to install yourself?

Coldbuster products are supported and serviced by SPEEDHEAT, an international franchise organisation which is well represented in South Africa.  Your nearest SPEEDHEAT franchise can quote to do the installation for you.
And what's more:  once installed by the franchise, your product carries a 7 year warranty on product and installation.

Customer privacy policy:

Klimax Mfg. Ltd. shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted:

Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard cards or by bank transfer into the Klimax bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security:

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Klimax Mfg. Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details:

Customer details will be stored by Klimax Mfg. Ltd. separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.  For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency:

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility:

Klimax Mfg. Ltd. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile:

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Klimax chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 222 Van Dyk Road, Boksburg East.

Variation:

Klimax Mfg. Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
